Ejun is not only a grandmaster of portrait photography, he is also a great teacher! I attended his recent studio portraiture photography workshop, and despite being in the industry for over 10 years, still managed to learn a great deal from him - he really pulled out all stops to impart his craft and knowledge during those 4 hours! His workshop should be aptly renamed as MasterClass! Do note you need to be proficient in your craft and gears as a pre-requisite for this course. Highly recommended for pros and semi-pros!

“Recently completed a 2 month portrait photography mentorship programme conducted by Ejun, and was blown away by how much he was willing to teach (and how quickly I learnt under his guidance). I am a self taught portraiture hobbyist and the lessons from the program have been invaluable in improving my craft. As Ejun only takes in 3 students (per class), there is ample time for him to guide and give relevant tips on how to improve. As an amateur photographer I have been following Ejun for some time and I am attracted to the light and shadow play in his photos as well as the variety of candid natural expressions of his clients.

I jumped on the opportunity to learn from him and attended his 2 day masterclass workshop.

The course is well structured, an in depth review of different modifiers used gives a good insight on how to build up your lighting set-ups but the best part for me was the material on posing and framing, especially when Ejun showed us his basic routines to work with everyday customers and get a variety of shots. This was truly inspiring!

He also paid attention to each participant's level by constantly giving personalised feedback on how to improve your shots. I felt Ejun really wanted us to learn and improve and as such he was generously sharing his experience, insights and little tips and tricks.

I highly recommend this workshop!
