A corporate portrait carries more than the appearance of the person within it. It represents their role, their reputation, and often the organisation behind them. Yet behind every title is still an individual, with a presence that is entirely their own. Whether I'm photographing one person or an entire organisation, the responsibility remains the same: to understand what the portrait needs to represent, without losing the individual within it. That, to me, is finer representation.

Every organisation is made up of individuals. Different roles, personalities and responsibilities, yet together they represent something larger than themselves. Whether photographing a single executive, a leadership team or people across an entire organisation, I believe consistency should never come at the expense of individuality. The portraits should feel like they belong together, without requiring everyone to look the same. Because good corporate photography isn't simply about creating a consistent image. It's about creating a consistent representation.

Before a photograph is made, I want to understand what it needs to do. Who are we photographing, where will the portraits be seen, and what should they represent? From there, we consider the people, location, visual direction, scheduling and intended use of the photographs. Whether it is a single executive, an organisation or a commercial campaign, the process remains considered and collaborative. Because the better we understand the purpose of the photographs, the less we need to leave to chance.

We can photograph at our studio or on location, work with one person or many, and coordinate schedules around the people involved. When portraits need to continue over time, the visual approach can be maintained for future hires and changing teams. From grooming and preparation to image selection and final delivery, every detail is considered so the experience feels as organised as the photographs eventually look.

BEFORE WE WORK TOGETHER.

  • Yes. Many of the people I photograph are executives, doctors, business owners and professionals commissioning a portrait for themselves rather than through their organisation. These sessions are usually arranged as a personal portrait session, while larger team and organisational projects are handled as corporate commissions.

  • Yes. We photograph everything from a single executive to leadership teams and larger organisations. The approach can be developed around your existing visual identity or created specifically for your organisation, with consideration given to lighting, background, composition and how the portraits will eventually be used.

  • Yes. Corporate photography can take place at our studio in Singapore or at your office, workplace or another suitable location. For location projects, we consider the available space, lighting, schedule and number of people involved before recommending the most appropriate setup.

  • Yes. This is particularly useful for organisations where people join at different times. We can maintain a consistent approach to lighting, background, composition and finishing so future portraits continue to belong to the original series without requiring everyone to be photographed on the same day.

  • Teams photography is primarily created to represent the people within your organisation, such as executives, leadership teams, doctors and employees. Commercial photography is created for broader business use, such as advertising, campaigns, branded content and communications. Because commercial photographs may become marketing assets used across different media, the intended usage forms part of how these projects are scoped and licensed.

  • Yes. Portraiture remains at the centre of what we do, but the people being photographed do not necessarily have to work for your organisation. Commercial projects may feature customers, merchants, partners, founders or communities as part of a larger campaign or story. These commissions are planned around the creative brief and intended use of the photographs.

  • Corporate photography is quoted according to the requirements of each project, including the number of people, location, photography required and intended usage of the images. Teams and Commercial projects are priced differently because the purpose and licensing requirements can differ considerably. Share your brief with us and we can recommend the appropriate approach and provide a quotation.

  • For individual executives and smaller teams, we can often accommodate projects with relatively straightforward scheduling. Larger organisations and commercial campaigns benefit from more planning, particularly where multiple schedules, locations, grooming, production requirements or usage considerations are involved.
