“Recently completed a 2 month portrait photography mentorship programme conducted by Ejun, and was blown away by how much he was willing to teach (and how quickly I learnt under his guidance). I am a self taught portraiture hobbyist and the lessons from the program have been invaluable in improving my craft. As Ejun only takes in 3 students (per class), there is ample time for him to guide and give relevant tips on how to improve. Not only does he have the experience, but also a strong command of language to concisely tell you what needs to be done to improve your shoot (and instructions to the model on how to pose). Students also have the opportunity of viewing fellow mentees when they take their shots, and this tremendously enhances the learning process. The biggest take-away I had from the programme is the usefulness of a structured routine in the beginning of a shoot and have already been applying it in my own shoots (with positive results).
